- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time the order is placed. Personalized jewellery may take longer. Mixed orders will be shipped separately for faster delivery.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may have nominal shipping charges. International shipping fees are shown at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days post-shipping. Rural areas may take longer.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can also use the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.
- Partial Shipments: Orders containing both personalized and regular items may be split to ensure timely delivery.
Returns
- Return Policy: We regret to inform that we do not accept returns once items have been delivered. All sales are considered final upon delivery. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before purchasing. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized jewellery, fragrances, candles, idols, and utensils are not returnable unless defective.
- Third-Party Purchases: Returns via third-party marketplaces follow their specific return policies.
- Shipping Charges on Return: Any shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable.
- Missing Items in Return Pickup: Any missing items (including promotional gifts) will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days post quality check at our warehouse.
- How to Initiate a Return: Use your order history page or contact our support team to request a return.
- Reverse Pickup: Available in select pin codes. Be available for delivery agent calls to avoid delays.
